How to Request Data Deletion
If you wish to delete your account and all associated data on Mcre8o, you can do so in the following ways:
- In-App: Go to Settings > Data deletion > Request data deletion. Your profile is deactivated immediately -- hidden from brands, search and matching, and you are signed out everywhere.
- Via Support: Contact us at admin@mcre8o.in with "Data Deletion Request" from the email associated with your account, or use in-app Support.
Revoking Social Platform Access
In addition to deleting your data on our servers, you may revoke our application's access directly from the social platforms:
- YouTube/Google: Visit your Google Account Permissions page and remove access for Mcre8o.
- Facebook/Instagram: Visit your Facebook Settings > Apps and Websites to remove Mcre8o.
Data Retention Policy
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection framework, a deletion request deactivates your account immediately, then your personal data is kept in restricted, access-audited storage for up to one year before being permanently erased. Records other laws require us to keep longer -- tax, GST and KYC/identity-verification records -- are retained separately for their own required period and are never erased on this timeline. You may ask us to reverse a deletion within that one-year window by contacting support.
